Frank Spangler, CEO of SoftCell Laboratories, brings over 25 years of distinguished experience in clinical testing, medical device manufacturing, and molecular diagnostics to his leadership role. His extensive background encompasses executive management, new clinical test development, FDA clearance processes, and clinical laboratory operations, making him uniquely qualified to guide SoftCell’s mission of providing cutting-edge diagnostic services.

Throughout his career, Frank has demonstrated a remarkable ability to drive innovation and excellence in the field of molecular diagnostics. His achievements include designing and establishing several clinical laboratories, successfully bringing 18 different molecular diagnostic assays to market, and working effectively in both CLIA and ISO 13485 environments. This wealth of experience ensures that SoftCell remains at the forefront of diagnostic technology and regulatory compliance.

Prior to assuming the role of CEO at SoftCell, Frank held several key leadership positions in the industry, including Chief Operations Officer at SoftCell Biological Research and Director of Molecular Development at DxNA. These roles have honed his expertise in business planning, operational efficiency, and strategic growth – skills he now applies to propel SoftCell forward in the competitive landscape of advanced diagnostics.
