With a B.A. in Biology from the University of California San Diego and additional coursework in Hematology, Advanced Microbiology, and Immunology from Weber State University, Susan possesses a strong foundation in the biological sciences.

Her experience as a Quality Control Supervisor at HyClone Laboratories, where she set up an FDA standard quality control laboratory and coordinated the production of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), directly informs her current role at SoftCell.
